Weed Removal
Spring comes, the snow thaws, and driveway weeds pop up to say hello. Whether they’re growing in the cracks of your asphalt or along your foundation wall, they’re an eyesore and can be pretty stubborn.
Atlas Seal always provides a completely free cleaning before sealing your driveway. We make sure to remove weeds and sweep away any debris before applying sealant to give it the best chance to turn out perfectly.
Crack Filling
As the stone foundation settles beneath the driveway surface, the asphalt loses integrity and cracks form. By sealing these cracks, you will divert water away from the asphalt instead of allowing the water to settle underneath which can cause more damage.
We at Atlas Seal understand this process which is why we provide cold-applied crack sealant to help reduce damage to the asphalt. Cold-applied crack sealant is ideal for residential driveways with cracks up to one inch wide, any larger and you’ll require a full asphalt repair.
Asphalt Repair
Atlas Seal provides asphalt repair service using high quality cold asphalt specifically made for residential driveways. We apply the cold asphalt a day or two before sealing to give it adequate time to dry.
Asphalt Sealing
Finally, we seal. Asphalt driveway sealer sits on top of the existing asphalt, acting as a barrier that prevents water, ice, car fluids, sun damage, salt and other chemicals from staining and eating away at the surface of the driveway.
